Role:
A leading engineering and construction recruitment company are looking for an experienced recruitment consultant to join their team in Birmingham. They have a large client base and are looking to double their team size by the end of the year. They primarily focus on working with clients across the Midlands, having a strong reputation within the industry as the go to people for recruitment solutions. The team are encouraged to get out on client sites and meet the candidates and hiring managers to win business.

The role will pay £18,000 for entry level consultants jumping to £22,000 on completion of the 3 month training course or up to £25,000 for experienced consultants. There is a generous bonus scheme on offer paying up to 32% commission with quarterly office incentives such as luxury gift items, cash lump sums and holidays away for top performers.
