One of the leading Finance Recruitment Consultancies in the UK are looking to expand their Birmingham based team due to a successful 2020 and are looking for an experienced Finance Recruitment Consultant to join them. They are located within the centre of Birmingham however offer full working from home for all consultants. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be a specialist within your market, being able to offer highly sort after positions to top talent within the industry. You will be providing suitable recruitment solutions to clients in the Financial sector across the UK. The consultancy have a strong client based and a great reputation within the financial sector.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 18 months recruitment experience in the finance sector and will be looking to join a company that have an unrivalled client base for you to market and work with. If you are currently in a recruitment role and feel you want to be rewarded for your hard work and have an increase in basic salary, this could be the ideal role for you.
The client are a rapidly growing recruitment company and can offer great career prospects up to Recruitment Team Leader, Business Manager and Director level positions. They pride themselves on allowing consultants flexibility around their working day, not having to work to strict KPIs and call times.
A successful recruitment consultant can expect a great uncapped monthly commission structure with high performers earning in excess of £80k a year. They offer yearly incentive trips for top performers, monthly team nights out and Friday afternoon drinks along with flexible working hours.
