HR Adviser

Salary: Up to £35,000 p.a

An established automotive and manufacturing organisation are looking to add to their HR team with an experienced HR Advisor. This is a fantastic opportunity for career progression and an insight into a market-leading global manufacturer. 

As a HR Advisor, you can expect to be reporting directly to the HR Manager and building strong relationships with internal managers to understand and support developmental plans moving forwards. You will be taking an advisory role on best practices for recruitment, HR strategy, and retention of staff, as well as general HR services. Responsibilities include:

  • Dealing with various HR queries throughout the business

  • Liaising with internal managers to advise them on recruitment, development, candidate evaluation techniques and retention

  • Monitoring and reviewing HR policies

  • Managing staff relations, responding to queries and problems, managing the expectation of both employees and managers

  • Recommending performance systems, strategies, and policies from previous experience

  • Acting as the point of contact for internal managers, employees and other HR team members.

The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified and have a background in HR, ideally within a large manufacturing organisation. They will have strong knowledge on HR disciplines and the ability to build good rapport with hiring managers and employees. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership in previous roles and have a track record of successful HR positions
